Business Analyst Intern

Mithila Paints Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern (Sales Focus) to support sales analytics, reporting, and customer complaint resolution. The intern will work closely with the sales and management team to analyze data, generate insights, and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sales data analysis using Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)

• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Advanced Power BI

• Write and execute queries using Advanced SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Aggregations)

• Use Python (Basic) for simple data analysis and automation tasks

• Track sales performance and identify trends and improvement areas

• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

• Collect and analyze customer feedback and share actionable insights

• Maintain accurate documentation of sales and customer data

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
