Business Analyst (Intern)

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will work closely with cross-functional technical teams to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, and help translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure clear requirement understanding
• Read and understand basic code to effectively communicate with technical teams
• Assist in testing and validating system features against business requirements
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and project discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of programming (Python or any language is a plus)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
