PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Analysis (Support Role)
- Assist in tracking sales performance against targets and key metrics.
- Help maintain and update dashboards and reports for the Sales team.
- Support pipeline tracking, including basic analysis of sales activity and progress.
- Assist with forecast tracking and help compile monthly forecast summaries.
- Monitor key opportunities and provide basic insights on trends.
- Support account performance tracking against plans and goals.
- Assist with pricing data updates and basic analysis as needed.
- Conduct research on markets, industries, and potential target accounts.
Reporting
- Help generate and maintain standardized reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or CRM tools).
- Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages (forecast, pipeline, key deals).
- Support quarterly planning activities and preparation for business reviews (QBRs).
- Compile win/loss data and assist with basic analysis.
- Create ad hoc reports and research summaries as requested.
Process & Tools
- Assist in documenting sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
- Support data accuracy and organization within CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on small projects.
- Assist with training materials and documentation for sales tools and processes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in sales operations, data analysis, or business strategy
- Basic experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization); Power BI is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
