Designation: Business Analyst - Shipping, Logistics & SCM domain

Experience: 5 Years minimum

Location: Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Pune

Nature: Work from office only.

Only Immediate joiners or within a week.

Requirements:

* Candidates are preferred with exposure on Cargoes Customs domain (Good to have).

* Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different clients and stakeholders.

* Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes.

* Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made.

* Conducting tests, surveys, and workshops will be a part of your daily activity.

* Good knowledge on Product Backlogs in Agile software projects.

* Possesses outstanding analytical skills and is able to work in the agile environment supporting the agile team.

* He or She should have gathered and clearly articulated the product’s requirements include all functions, features and behaviors that the product must possess.

* Excellent at business requirements gathering, analyzing business processes, reengineering and improving them to make the business effective and efficient. Knows all latest tools and technologies to support them in their work (requirement management and documentation systems, including ones for prototyping and process mapping etc.).

* Knows common tools and technologies to support them in their work like JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, Visio, Excel, MS Project etc (requirement management and documentation systems, including ones for prototyping and process mapping etc.).

* Ability to propose interesting solutions and improvements to processes. Expertise in developing coherent, informative and usable project documentation with great attention to details.

* High level of work commitment, great interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical problem-solving ability. Able to build trusting and friendly relationship with project stakeholders and effectively manage them.

Good to have exposure in Shipping, Logistics & SCM domain.

Key responsibilities:

* Possess the ability to produce the necessary backlogs for the development team in an agile environment.

* Form close collaborations with Client’s Subject Matter Experts

* Business analysis and requirements management;

* Documentation creation (Project Initiation Document, System Requirements Specification, user stories, etc.) and other project documents as required;

* User Interface prototyping;

* Business processes modelling;

* Analytical and critical thinking skills;

* Decision making and problem solving;

* Good planning skills;

* Quality Assurance;

* Customer relations and effective communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
