Business Analyst (must know PrefERP)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on PrefERP experience to support and optimize business processes within a manufacturing environment. This role will work cross-functionally with operations, production, finance, and IT to enhance system functionality, improve workflows, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across departments
• Support, maintain, and enhance PrefERP system functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes (As-Is / To-Be)
• Translate business needs into system solutions and functional specifications
• Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy across modules
• Assist in user training and adoption of system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PrefERP (required)
• Experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or Systems Analyst
• Strong background in manufacturing or production environments
• Understanding of order-to-cash, inventory, and supply chain processes
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
