Business Analyst - Newgen BPM (Banking)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Newgen BPM platforms to support operational transformation and workflow automation initiatives within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Newgen-based solutions
• Analyze and optimize banking workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Translate requirements into BRD, FRS, user stories, and process flows
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
• Support workflow design, system integrations, UAT, and go-live activities
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience

• • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Newgen platforms (iBPS, OmniDocs, BAM, O2MS, etc.)
  • Strong banking domain knowledge (Lending, Trade Finance, Customer Onboarding)
  • Experience in BPM, workflow automation, and process optimization
  • Good understanding of system integrations and digital transformation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Qualifications
• • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • CBAP / Agile certification is a plus
