Business Analyst – Odoo ERP

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, functional specifications within the Odoo environment.
• Assist in designing and configuring Odoo modules to align with business processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Odoo best practices.
• Prepare and maintain user stories, process flows, and use case documentation.
• Collaborate with Odoo consultants and developers to implement features and customizations.
• Support testing, validation, and quality assurance before deployment.
• Train end-users and create user manuals or functional guides.
• Provide ongoing functional support and act as the first line of issue resolution.
• Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and UAT sessions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
• Functional knowledge of multiple Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Projects.
• Ability to map business processes to ERP system functionalities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proven experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, flowcharting software, and requirements gathering templates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
