About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of digital solutions that improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
• Work with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support project planning, implementation, and change management activities.
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and interviews with business users.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Omani National.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital transformation or IT projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis methodologies.
• Certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or similar are an advantage.
