Position Title: Business Analyst - People Operations

Pay Range: $84,000 - $90,000
Location: Remote

Position Overview:
The Business Analyst assists with the compilation of requirements and influences design choices for technical projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Serve as thought leader for technical business processes and workflows, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity.

Partner with other stakeholder teams across programs to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes.

Ensure user requirements for new initiatives enable maximum usability.

Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.

Document data flows and business workflows using visualization tools (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.).

Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.

Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.

Serves as a liaison between multiple vendors and internal staff.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong working knowledge of relevant Google and Microsoft applications (including Visio). experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.

Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions.

High proficiency with database management.

Adept at data visualization.

Highly proficient technical writing capabilities.

Proven analytical abilities.

Proficient with data analysis and data architecture.

Proficient with generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports.

Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Demonstrated ability to implement large-scale technology projects.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field (additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered).

5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.

5+ years of experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.
-
5+ years of Experience implementing Contact Center systems such as Genesys.
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders.
