We're Hiring Business Analyst (Post Sales)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse post-sales business requirements
• Prepare detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, SRS, and other functional documents
• Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage requirements effectively
• Handle the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements
• Experience in managing post-sales processes
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to analysis
