Provis Technologies is looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst – Post-Sales & Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure successful client onboarding, requirements analysis, solution implementation, and ongoing project delivery. You will act as a strategic liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders—driving project success, maintaining high client satisfaction, and ensuring timely, quality delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sign-off, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
- Lead project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, support) to meet milestones on time and within scope.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements (BRD, SRS, workflows) and validate them with clients and technical teams.
- Oversee project teams, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables align with objectives and client expectations.
- Conduct client onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and training workshops for successful adoption.
- Manage project scope, timelines, change requests, and risks, communicating impacts transparently to stakeholders.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and training materials.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and partnership growth.
- Collaborate with account and delivery teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, upselling, or cross-selling.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in IT, software delivery, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record in managing client-facing projects from requirement gathering to implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, cloud-based platforms, and modern IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, SRS, workflows, and user documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
