Business Analyst (Pre-Sales)

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear business and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals, RFPs, and solution documents.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support presales activities.
• Design workflow diagrams, wireframes, and presentations for client demos.
• Bridge communication between clients and technical teams.
• Support in preparing cost estimations, project timelines, and feasibility analysis.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Presales or related role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, IT services, and software development processes.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, and use case documents.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Jira, Figma, or similar.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
