We is looking for a proactive and commercially aware Business Analyst / Product & Operations Coordinator to support our growing FMCG distribution business.
This role will involve working across product sourcing, product development, marketing coordination, supplier communication, and operational support. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects within a fast-paced retail and distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Product communication and coordination across internal and external teams.
- 2. Product uploading and content management across retailer portals, websites, and internal systems.
- 3. Managing product imagery, descriptions, specifications, and marketing assets.
- 4. Product development and new product launches.
- 5. Coordinating with designers, packaging teams, and manufacturers
- 6. Sourcing and identifying new products, trends, and opportunities within FMCG categories.
- 7. Supporting retailer submissions, compliance documentation, and product data accuracy.
- 8. Liaising with suppliers regarding production timelines, artwork, packaging, and logistics.
- 9. Supporting marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and social media coordination.
- 10. Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- 11. Assisting senior management with operational reporting, presentations, and - project coordination.
- 12. Working closely with warehouse, logistics, and fulfilment teams to ensure smooth operations.
- 13. Supporting category growth strategies across retail accounts and online channels
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1. Previous experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, product coordination, or business analysis.
- 2. Team Work & Strong communication and organisational skills.
- 3. Good understanding of product lifecycle and supplier management.
- 4. Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, retailer portals, Shopify, or CMS systems is beneficial.
- 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- 6. Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- 7. Experience with marketing content, packaging coordination, or product launches is advantageous.
- 8. Knowledge of UK retail and distribution processes is a plus.
