As a Junior Business Analyst with Project Management experience, you will serve as a critical operational and strategic support partner to the CEO of Biohealth. This role bridges the gap between data-driven business analysis and hands-on project execution. You will help drive Biohealth’s strategic priorities—with a strong emphasis on healthcare innovation and the launch of new commercial initiatives—by translating high-level vision into actionable project plans, analyzing market and operational data, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Analysis

Data & Market Research:
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support the CEO in identifying new avenues for healthcare innovation and startup creation.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across Biohealth’s active projects.

Executive Briefings:
Prepare concise, data-backed reports, financial models, and presentation decks for executive and stakeholder meetings.

Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
Project Management & Execution

Initiative Tracking:
Act as the central PM for strategic initiatives led by the CEO, taking ownership of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise between the executive office and technical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed.

Meeting Management:
Facilitate high-level meetings, capture detailed technical and operational action items, and relentlessly follow up to ensure execution.

Agile Support:
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, helping the CEO manage rapid prototyping, commercial proposals, and the deployment of new health and biosecurity solutions.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar hybrid role.

Industry Knowledge:
Previous experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences is highly preferred. A basic understanding of clinical environments, healthcare technology, or biosecurity will be a distinct advantage.

Analytical Capabilities:
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau). Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive summaries.

Project Management Skills:
Hands-on experience with PM frameworks (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project). Formal PM certification (e.g., CAPM, Prince2 Foundation) is a plus.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to draft high-quality business proposals and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
