Business Analyst Project Management

As a Junior Business Analyst with Project Management experience, you will serve as a critical operational and strategic support partner to the CEO of Biohealth. This role bridges the gap between data-driven business analysis and hands-on project execution. You will help drive Biohealth’s strategic priorities—with a strong emphasis on healthcare innovation and the launch of new commercial initiatives—by translating high-level vision into actionable project plans, analyzing market and operational data, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Analysis

  • Data & Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support the CEO in identifying new avenues for healthcare innovation and startup creation.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across Biohealth’s active projects.
  • Executive Briefings: Prepare concise, data-backed reports, financial models, and presentation decks for executive and stakeholder meetings.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions to improve organizational efficiency.

Project Management & Execution

  • Initiative Tracking: Act as the central PM for strategic initiatives led by the CEO, taking ownership of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between the executive office and technical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed.
  • Meeting Management: Facilitate high-level meetings, capture detailed technical and operational action items, and relentlessly follow up to ensure execution.
  • Agile Support: Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, helping the CEO manage rapid prototyping, commercial proposals, and the deployment of new health and biosecurity solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar hybrid role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences is highly preferred. A basic understanding of clinical environments, healthcare technology, or biosecurity will be a distinct advantage.
  • Analytical Capabilities: Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau). Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive summaries.
  • Project Management Skills: Hands-on experience with PM frameworks (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project). Formal PM certification (e.g., CAPM, Prince2 Foundation) is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to draft high-quality business proposals and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment where ambiguity is common
