Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in PropTech or real estate management solutions to analyze business requirements, document processes, and support the design and enhancement of digital platforms.
The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery teams — ensuring that product features, integrations, and system updates align with business needs and deliver measurable value across web, mobile, and AI-based applications.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in total where 4+ years of experience as a core Business Analyst in PropTech, real estate, or enterprise SaaS environments.

Deep understanding of property management workflows — including maintenance management, financial operations, resident portals, and community engagement systems.

Proven experience in business and functional requirement gathering, process mapping, and user story documentation.

Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and experience collaborating with distributed development teams.

Skilled in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms for documentation and tracking.

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and related integrations.

Awareness of data security and privacy compliance considerations for large-scale resident and financial data systems.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage with executives, developers, and end-users effectively.

Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions, resolve ambiguities, and drive consensus.
Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to analyze, document, and validate business requirements for digital solutions across web, mobile, and AI platforms.

Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications, ensuring alignment with product vision and technology capabilities.

Collaborate with Product Owners to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.

Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for system optimization and automation.

Support the design and validation of UI/UX flows to ensure they meet business and user expectations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, Operations) to ensure timely delivery and alignment on priorities.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring developed solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Maintain comprehensive documentation — including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
