Title: Salesforce CRM Business Analyst

Location: Dubai

Contract Length : 1 year

Brief Overview:

A leading retail group in the GCC is hiring a Business Analyst to own and deliver a critical Salesforce CRM enhancements as part of a wider digital transformation. The role will be central to implementing new Salesforce CRM modules along with gathering requirements on what modules to enhance.

Salesforce BA – Requirements:

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Must have experience in Retail
• Experience within Salesforce would be critical for this role.
• Implementation experience as well as an acting BA would be highly beneficial for this role
• Must be able to be on site, 4 days per week.
