Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management in financial services, banking, or fintech sectors.
• Proven experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Regulatory projects (e.g., AML/KYC, Basel, GDPR, Operational Risk, etc.).
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance standards, and risk control environments.
• Excellent requirements gathering, gap analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in risk and compliance management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications are an added advantage.
