Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) to join our SaaS product team and act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with configurable SaaS platforms and a strong understanding of business processes, integrations, and data-driven decision-making.

This role focuses more on configuration, optimization, and integration of SaaS solutions rather than building software from scratch.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Analysis

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements for new features, enhancements, and implementations.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Process Improvement

• Work closely with business users to understand current processes and identify opportunities for optimization within the SaaS platform.
• Recommend scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business objectives.

Configuration & Integration

• Define SaaS system configurations to meet business requirements.
• Design and support integrations between SaaS platforms and existing enterprise systems.
• Document data flows, APIs, and integration logic.

Data & Reporting

• Analyze data to support business decisions, product improvements, and customer insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure product and business performance.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Assist in evaluating and selecting third-party SaaS tools and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful implementations.

Change Management

• Support change management activities, including user training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
• Act as a point of contact for user queries during and after SaaS implementations.

Agile Collaboration

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams alongside Product Owners, Developers, and QA.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or product-focused roles is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and configuration-based platforms.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

SaaS Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of SaaS business metrics such as MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC, and churn.
• Familiarity with the SaaS product lifecycle and subscription-based business models.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
