Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst + Scrum Master who can effectively understand business requirements and translate them into clear, structured technical documentation while leading Agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements.
• Support UAT and ensure business sign-off.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and support the development team in achieving sprint goals.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and release planning.
• Work closely with Product Owner to manage and prioritize backlog.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications clearly.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Ecommerce, Inventory/Vendor Management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
