About Role

One of the most important part of the product management process is the service design and user experience design following through business analysis. We are expanding our team for this purpose to make sure all the functions within the product lifecycle work together smoothly to deliver an excellent user experience.

We are now looking for capable and ambitious team-mates to apply design thinking methods with a data-driven mindset to build and manage exceptional products.

Job Description

• Working closely with Senior Management, Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to identify key requirements for new products and services.
• Being in continuous contact with internal/external customers and act as the voice of customer within the company.
• Transform newly defined business needs or changes into scenarios, workflows, use cases / user stories, wireframes.
• Lead product teams by involving in problem solving, scoping, planning, and product delivery.
• Defining and managing the team’s product backlog.
• Effectively prioritizing requirements based on factors such as business value, cost, effort and time constraints.
• Contributing to user research and user experience studies.
• Contributing to user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product or feature meets all requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields ( Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Educational Technology, Computer Engineering, etc.)
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Service Designer.
• Preferred working experience of B2B/B2C EdTech products or domain knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, stakeholder management, negotiation and decision making skills.
• Design thinking and data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on experience in creating user scenarios/stories, use case diagrams/documents, workflows, service blueprint, wireframes.
• Excellent command and hands-on experience of tools such as Miro, Balsamiq, Redmine, Jira etc.
• Good understanding of analytical reports to monitor product performances and customer journey metrics with tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI vs.
• Advanced command of written and spoken English.

All candidates are expected to be proactive and result oriented, self-learner, open to new technologies and should have excellent teamwork and communication skills, should demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
