Business Analyst Supply Chain

Business Analyst | Supply Chain Centre of Excellence | Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Supply Chain & Procurement excellence initiatives within a leading industrial organization in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support procurement and supply chain improvement initiatives
• Analyze operational and procurement data for reporting and decision-making
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and process documentation
• Monitor procurement compliance, governance, and internal controls
• Support audits, risk management, and process reviews
• Maintain KPI dashboards and Balanced Scorecard reporting
• Support ESG and ICV reporting activities
• Coordinate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency
• Support SAP / ARIBA process optimization and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Commercial functions
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Experience in SAP and SAP ARIBA systems
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in governance, compliance, and audit coordination
• CIPS / CPSM certifications preferred
• Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry experience is an advantage
