Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Domain - Engineering
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
- Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, MS Word, Markdown, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in IoT, PLM, or enterprise software domains.
- Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, and integration concepts.
- Familiarity with Jira, Rally, or similar tools.
Communication
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to engage with Senior management and executives
- Ability to work with Engineering Teams and understand their requirements
- Document detailed requirements
- Create Art of possible and Status documentation
- Presentations for the executive team
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
- Support UAT and ensure requirements traceability.
- Prepare clear and concise technical documentation (SRS, BRD, API docs, user manuals).
- Maintain documentation standards and version control.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Create diagrams, workflows, and process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry documentation standards.
