Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can effectively coordinate with clients, prepare professional documentation, and support our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of business processes. Experience or internship in Data Science will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.

Prepare BRD, SRS, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and other project-related documents.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including development, design, and sales.

Assist in requirement gathering, analysis, and converting business needs into actionable tasks.

Support sales and marketing teams in proposals, presentations, and lead communication.

Ensure timely delivery of documentation and maintain high-quality standards.

Participate in client meetings, demos, and requirement clarification sessions.

Analyze project risks, dependencies, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong documentation skills (BRD, SRS, Flowcharts, Wireframes, User Stories).

Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical language.

Basic understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience in sales or marketing will be preferred.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Added advantage: Internship or basic knowledge in Data Science.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience as Business Analyst / Pre-sales / BDE (preferred).
