Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Wealth Management with strong domain expertise in investment and financial services platforms. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for wealth management and investment products
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand workflows related to client onboarding, KYC, portfolio management, advisory, transactions, and reporting
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and use cases
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into system requirements
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test case reviews and defect triage
• Act as a liaison between business users, product teams, and IT
• Analyze data related to portfolio performance, returns, asset allocation, and client reporting
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews)
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of business solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Wealth Management / BFSI domain
• Strong knowledge of investment products: Mutual Funds, Equity, Bonds, PMS, AIF, ETFs
• Experience with client lifecycle management (onboarding, KYC, risk profiling)
• Hands-on experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional documentation
• Good understanding of wealth management platforms and workflows
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (SEBI, AML, KYC norms)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to digital wealth platforms or robo-advisory solutions
• Experience with UAT execution and defect management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Basic knowledge of SQL / data analysis
• Experience working with API-based systems
