As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of business and technology solutions within the recruitment sector.

The Role

The Business Analyst will play a key role in analysing, documenting, and delivering business and system requirements across recruitment-focused projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project leads to understand business needs, improve processes, and ensure successful solution delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support solution design activities and contribute to future-state process development.
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements documentation.
• Develop and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Analyse data, business rules, and system integrations to validate requirements and support decision-making.
• Create, manage, and maintain project tickets, ensuring all requirements and supporting documents are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Support testing activities, requirements validation, and solution implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Experience working within the recruitment industry is highly desirable.
• Experience as a Recruitment Business Advisor is considered a strong advantage.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex business processes, systems, and data flows.
• Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of:
• Jira
• Microsoft Visio
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Figma
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage evolving requirements and priorities effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
