Business Analyst/AI Execution

Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you'll provide essential support by managing invoicing data, ensuring accuracy in client billing and nurse payroll through meticulous review processes and effective communication with internal teams and clients. If interested send resume to dean@astrocarehealth.com

Key Responsibilities:

• Use recently developed AI tools to review and process invoices and timesheets
• Communicate with clients or therapist
• Address business issues with office staff
• Review authorizations and discrepancies with schedule
• Escalate conflicts, grievances, incidents to the Business Director
• Cross-train across various departments of our growing organization
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas of improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred 1 YOE in payroll, A/P or business analyst
• Strong computer/technical skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and upper management
• Work independently and meet deadlines
• Prefer Spanish speaking

• Bachelor's (Required)

Employment Details:

• Salary: $50k-$65k
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
