Business Analyst/BDE

We are seeking a highly driven Business Analyst / Business Development Executive (BA/BDE) to join our team. This hybrid role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities, support business decisions, and contribute to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and help expand our market presence.

Business Analysis

• Gather, understand, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Business Development

• Identify, explore, and qualify new business opportunities across targeted markets.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.
• Manage Upwork, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, BDE, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
