Business Analyst/Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying needs, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Analyse data to provide valuable insights and recommendations
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
• Utilise tools such as POWER BI, Visio, Tableau, and SQL to extract and analyse data
• Assist in project management activities to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing
• Assist in database design and maintenance

Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Expert in Power Bi.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies
• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation
• Familiarity with Server environments
• Ability to use Bash Unix shell for scripting tasks
• Understanding of vaticinate techniques for predictive analysis
• Strong background in Database design principles
