NicoServ has multiple openings to support new programs launching with major financial services firms. These initiates are in the early stages and focus on developing innovative technology solutions that will drive transformation across their organization.

Job Description

NicoServ is seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong financial services backgrounds to support our Twin Cities clients. These professionals will lead the full requirements lifecycle-planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and ongoing support- while partnering closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and define the business analysis approach, tasks, and deliverables.
• Lead requirements discovery, prioritization, documentation, and validation using enterprise standards.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholder groups and apply advanced elicitation techniques.
• Maintain clear traceability between scope, requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Partner with third‑party vendors to evaluate solutions and ensure requirements quality and alignment.
• Support QA, Design, Development, UAT, and PIV activities by providing clarifications and ensuring full coverage of critical requirements.
• Analyze user needs, document system requirements, and create specifications that guide development.
• Contribute to test planning, develop test conditions, execute UAT scripts, and support issue resolution.
