Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business and Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations with energy and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial management, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving financial strategy to support organizational growth. Duties
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements (profit & loss), cash flow analyses, and comprehensive financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of corporate finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and treasury management to optimize financial health.
- Supervise general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all transactions.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies related to financial operations, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Lead financial analysis initiatives to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making; support business development efforts through financial insights.
- Ensure timely regulatory reporting in accordance with local laws and international standards; maintain compliance management protocols across all financial activities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives; provide expert guidance on fiscal management and investment opportunities.
- Utilize financial software tools for bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and financial report writing to streamline processes.
- Assist management team with client on-boarding, and help foster a top tier client experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles within small or medium business environments
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate accounting practices including cost accounting, revenue management, account analysis, and financial statement preparation.
- Strong background in risk management strategies related to finance operations; experience conducting risk analysis is essential.
- Proficiency in financial software systems used for general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, budgeting tools, and financial analysis platforms.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams; ability to foster collaboration across departments.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and interpreting complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement in fiscal management practices; ability to develop innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals. Pay: $78,847.00 - $89,495.91 per year
