Business and AI Systems Analyst

Klinger Companies, L.L.C. is a group of four construction companies headquartered in Sioux City, Iowa. Since 1919, we’ve delivered complex commercial and industrial projects across the United States, completing work in approximately fifteen states each year.

We are seeking a Business & AI Systems Analyst to help bridge construction operations, business processes, and the systems that support them. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how teams work, strengthening data quality, and introducing practical technology solutions—without needing to be a software developer.

You’ll work closely with our various software platforms, support reporting and dashboards, and help implement meaningful, real-world uses of AI across the organization.

Primary Duties

• Improve and maintain data quality across systems such as Procore, CMiC, and related platforms
• Help coordinate, monitor, and enhance integrations between key business systems
• Build, refine, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide project, operational, and financial insights
• Support the adoption of AI to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort

• Work with internal stakeholders and external consultants to implement and support system enhancements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in business systems, operations, or data/reporting roles
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools
• Curiosity and interest in learning how AI tools can be applied in a practical business environment
• Familiarity with Procore, CMiC, or similar construction management/ERP platforms preferred but not required
