Business Architect - SMP

ABIS is on the lookout for an experienced Business Architect to join our Strategic Management Projects (SMP) team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for aligning business strategies and processes with technology solutions to optimize organizational effectiveness. Your expertise in business architecture will assist in defining and communicating the vision for overall business operations and ensuring that projects align well with our objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various levels to identify business needs, analyze gaps, and propose strategic improvements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of understanding complex systems and developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive business architecture framework that aligns with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes, capabilities, and information flows.
• Identify and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Create business models and visualization tools to represent current and future state scenarios.
• Lead workshops and interviews to gather insights from stakeholders and elicit requirements.
• Provide guidance on best practices for effective business architecture implementation.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• +12 Years of experience .
• Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN).
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to remain adaptable and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
