Business Assistant (Marketing & Promotions) Spanish–Chinese Speaker

Hiring: Business Assistant (Marketing & Promotions) Spanish Speaker that can Speak Chinese (Preferred)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Assistant (Marketing & Promotions) to support the execution of promotional campaigns and daily operational activities across our digital platform.

*Assist in setting up and managing promotional campaigns, offers, and incentives
Support daily promotional operations on the platform
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure promotions are launched accurately and on time
*Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
*Assist in managing promotional content and materials
*Support partner or affiliate promotion activities when required
*Conduct basic market and competitor research
*Ensure promotional activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in marketing, promotion, or operations
Interest in online platforms, digital products, or e-commerce
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic analytical and reporting ability
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Language:

Fluent in Spanish and English

Fluent in Spanish that can speak Mandarin/Chinese as well.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with digital marketing or online promotions
Experience working with online platforms or mobile applications
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
