The Role: Your Chance to Work Like a Startup Founder

We are looking for a Chief of Staff (CoS) / Business Associate to be the right hand to our CEO. This isn't a back-office job; you’ll be directly responsible for executing our strategic deep-dive into the AI industry .

Since we are working with start-ups, the role will feel like working in one. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong engineering degree (CS or EEE preferably) with some tech investment experience.

If you're a driven, resourceful person with 3-5 years of experience , this is your fast-track. You’ll split your time equally between:

• Market Intelligence: Deep-dive research and analysis on the tech industry.
• Business Building: Financial modeling, business case evaluation, and strategy.
• Execution: Hands-on operational involvement—like working at a high-growth startup, but with the backing of a major PE firm.

What We Need From You:

We're looking for someone who can think strategically and execute flawlessly.

Must-Haves:

• Background: A strong engineering degree (Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics preferred) is essential, plus some prior tech investment experience.
• Skillset: Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills. You need to handle multiple, competing priorities and high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
