We're Hiring - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer

TMR Consulting a proud Microsoft Solutions Partner is seeking a Business Central Developer to join our ERP / Dynamics team. The ideal candidate will develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibities:

▪️ Develop and maintain extensions using AL programming language

▪️ Collaborate with consultants and business users to gather and implement requirements

▪️ Integrate Business Central with other systems (REST APIs, OData, third-party services)

▪️ Perform code reviews, testing, and ensure high-quality, robust solutions

▪️ Maintain existing systems and support production issues

▪️ Assist in data migration and system implementation

▪️ Stay current on BC tools (Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps) and best practices

Requirments:

▪️ ~2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV development

▪️ Proficiency in AL (C/AL familiarity is a plus)

▪️ Strong understanding of SQL Server, APIs, and integrations

▪️ Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code and Azure DevOps

▪️ Knowledge of core ERP modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing)

▪️ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field

▪️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preffered:

▪️ Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps)

▪️ Microsoft Certified: Business Central Developer Associate

▪️ Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)

▪️ Experience in NAV to BC migrations
