Position: Business Setup Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE

Who We’re Looking For:
A sharp, commercially minded sales consultant with a proven track record in UAE business setup. You understand the value of consultative selling, can navigate the complexities of Free Zone regulations, and thrive in a fast-moving, revenue-driven environment. You're not just selling a service — you're offering a business solution.

Please note: Only candidates with prior UAE business setup experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and consult with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend the most suitable Free Zone setup options.
  • Structure compelling, customized business setup proposals, including accurate cost estimates and timelines.
  • Drive conversion by managing the full sales cycle — from outreach and follow-up to closing and onboarding.
  • Liaise with Free Zone authorities (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ) to facilitate applications and resolve issues quickly.
  • Guide clients through UAE visa and immigration procedures with confidence and accuracy.
  • Manage leads effectively using CRM tools, ensuring a healthy pipeline and consistent follow-ups.
  • Stay informed on the latest Free Zone regulations, license types, and setup trends to deliver expert-level advice.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients that extend beyond the setup phase, generating referrals and repeat business.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1–3 years of direct experience in UAE business setup and sales
  • Strong understanding of UAE Free Zones, licensing structures, and immigration procedures
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Confident communicator with strong sales closing and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure
  • Client-first mindset with a consultative, value-driven approach
