Job Title: Business Consultant – PSU & Government Projects

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 8–12 Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with strong expertise in PSU/Government project handling, including GEM, tendering, empanelment, and consortium structures . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dealing with PSUs, Government works, technology, purchase, and logistics , along with proven business development acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee tendering processes for PSU and Government projects.
• Handle GEM (Government e-Marketplace) transactions and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Lead empanelment processes with PSUs, Government bodies, and related institutions.
• Develop and structure business opportunities via JV (Joint Ventures) and Consortiums .
• Represent the company in meetings with PSU/Government high officials and stakeholders .
• Coordinate and support project execution in areas of works, technology, purchase, and logistics .
• Drive business development strategies targeting Government & PSU clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and strategic documents .
• Travel as required for client meetings, empanelments, and project coordination .

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech (preferred) or MBA with relevant exposure.
• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in PSU/Government-related works.
• Proven track record in tendering, empanelment, GEM, and Government business processes .
• Strong knowledge of technology, works, purchase, and logistics functions.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact with senior PSU/Government officials with confidence.
• Willingness to travel frequently based on project/meeting requirements.
