Business Consultant

HUED is a leading Saudi firm in service design and innovation, driving digital and organizational transformation, and we’re looking for a Business Consultant / Service Designer (Contract) to join us and shape the future of experiences and services in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibility

1. Understand business opportunities and develop the business cases & model to stakeholders

2. Conducting in-depth gap analyses to identify challenges and opportunities

3. Conduct feasibility studies for initiatives and solutions

4. Quantifying those opportunities in a clear and fact driven way

5. Planning and conducting workshops with experts/customers alike to learn about their pain points, challenges with a service, policy and regulation etc

6. Proposing innovative solutions based on research and data

7. Preparing and delivering presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Deliverables

1. Problem definition: Clearly defining the business problem or opportunity that the proposed Experiments aims to address, in a language the Business understands

2. Business case and model development

3. Market entry and competitive analysis

4. High level business requirements document (BRD)

5. Feasibility Studies

6. Benchmark Studies

7. Innovative Solutions & Recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business consulting, service design, or related roles.
• Technical/IT background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable solutions.
• Proven experience conducting feasibility studies, business cases, and gap analyses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Consulting firm or digital transformation experience is highly preferred.
