Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Consultant. The Business Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing strategic advice, developing and implementing business plans, conducting market analysis, and delivering presentations. The role involves working closely with clients to improve their commercial and operational performance and supporting them in achieving their business objectives.

For our [business analyst / associate consultant position]:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Analytics, Economics and relevant majors from reputable universities either in Turkey or internationally, with an MBA (preferred)
• High level proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Superior skills in articulating your thoughts and communicating them written and verbal
• Dedication to excellence and progress at ADBA and for clients to be served
• Experience in preparing work for different levels of peers or decision makers and presenting it to them
• Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting (for the Associate Candidates) is a plus
