Business Consultant – Mainland or Free Zone (Dubai)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in company formation, business setup, and consultancy within Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions in Dubai.

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Business Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advising clients on company formation, business setup, licensing, and related regulatory processes in both Mainland and Free Zone authorities.

• Provide expert consultation on company incorporation, structure, and licensing options in both Mainland and Free Zone areas.
• Advise clients on the advantages, legal requirements, and procedures of various business jurisdictions in the UAE.
• Prepare, review, and submit all required legal documentation and applications for trade licenses, visas, and permits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE commercial laws, regulatory changes, and industry practices.
• Develop customized business setup solutions that align with individual client goals and compliance requirements.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Support internal teams with business development initiatives and client onboarding strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in business consultancy, with strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone regulations in Dubai.
• Excellent understanding of UAE trade licensing, visa, and corporate structuring procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Multilingual proficiency (Arabic, English, or other languages) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
