Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Consultant to join our Business Setup team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, understanding client requirements, scheduling meetings, and closing deals. You will play a key role in guiding clients through the UAE business setup process—both mainland and free zone—while ensuring excellent customer service and consistent follow-ups.

Lead Management & Follow-Ups

  • Contact incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the Daily Lead Tracker Sheet to ensure accurate follow-up and record-keeping.
  • Connect with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable mainland or free zone setup options.
  • Send emails, proposals, and required documents to clients in a timely manner.

Sales & Client Conversion

  • Conduct professional meetings (online or in-person) to explain business setup services, UAE company formation laws, visa processes, and license types.
  • Provide end-to-end guidance on UAE business setup, including trade license options, PRO services, corporate bank account guidance, VAT registration, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and close deals through smooth communication and expert consultation.
  • Ensure high conversion rates by offering tailored solutions and handling objections professionally.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and performance updates.
  • Work closely with the operations and PRO team to ensure client onboarding is smooth and documents are processed correctly.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain organized records for internal coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, consulting, or sales (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of UAE mainland and free zone structures, license types, visa processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage leads, meet sales targets, and handle clients professionally.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email communication.
  • Maintain and update the Daily Lead Tracker Sheet to ensure accurate follow-up and record-keeping.
  • Connect with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable mainland or free zone setup options.
  • Send emails, proposals, and required documents to clients in a timely manner.
