About the Role:
We are currently hiring
experienced and dynamic Sales Executives
on behalf of our esteemed client in the
Business License Setup
industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven professionals to join a fast-growing organization that specializes in company formation and business consultancy services in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will bring
at least 2 years of experience in business setup sales
, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. This role demands energy, confidence, and a solution-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate and follow up on leads to convert them into successful client engagements.

Consult potential clients on suitable company formation options, licensing structures, and jurisdictional benefits.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain excellent client relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Conduct outdoor client meetings when required.

Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in business setup/company formation OR Real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).

Languages:

English (mandatory), Hindi

Additional languages will be considered an asset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Salary Range:
AED 4,000 – 6500 (based on experience and performance)
