Business Consultant

Job Description:-
Business Consultant will be an integral part of our ERP project management team in work allocation for software developers and client management

1. ERP Implementation

The prime responsibility of Associate Business Consultants would be ERP implementation at the client site as part of the team along with Muziris technical team.

2. User Training

After implementation, selected users of the client are trained on the usage of software on a train the trainer concept. Business Consultants need to ensure that all the users are comfortable and satisfied using the software.

3. Conflict Management

Associate Business Consultants are responsible for ensuring the successful completion of software implementation by sorting out the differences between the client and Muziris technical team.

4. Post Implementation Support

Associate Business Consultants will provide the required support to client after implementation. They will serve as a link between the client and Muziris technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Release of versions

After QA checking, new versions of the software will be released to the client in conjunction with the technical team.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in business consulting/ client management role is mandatory
2. Excellent communication skill
3. Familiarity with ERP software
4. Bachelors degree
5. Can join immediately
