Job Description:

Helpline Groups is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team in Kuwait. The role involves advising clients, identifying business opportunities, and supporting organizational growth through effective consultation and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate business solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
• Achieve assigned targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Female candidates preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in business consulting, sales, or advisory roles(freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the Kuwait market is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Language Requirements:

• English and Hindi are required
• Malayalam will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Client handling and relationship management
• Sales and business development experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
