A junior consultant mainly supports senior consultants while handling basic client interaction and execution tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Handling & Sales Support

• Talk to leads (calls, WhatsApp, meetings)
• Understand client requirements (business setup, investment, etc.)
• Present services, packages, and pricing
• Convert leads into clients

2. Business Setup / Advisory Support

• Guide clients on:
• Company formation (mainland, free zone, offshore)
• Visa processes
• Licensing requirements
• Coordinate with PROs, banks, and government entities

3. Documentation & Process Handling

• Collect and verify documents
• Submit applications (license, visa, etc.)
• Track progress and update clients

4. Market Research & Analysis

• Study market trends (real estate, investments, startups)
• Prepare basic reports or proposals
• Assist in strategy planning

5. Lead Generation

• Follow up on marketing leads
• Sometimes do cold calling / outreach
• Work with marketing team for conversions

Skills Required

• Strong communication & sales skills
• Basic business knowledge (UAE laws, company setup)
• Negotiation skills
• CRM / Excel / reporting basics
• Confidence + client-facing personality

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
