About the Role

We are hiring experienced Business Setup Consultants to join our growing sales team in Business Bay. If you have a proven track record selling company formation services in the UAE mainland, free zone, or offshore, and want a strong commission structure on top of a fixed salary, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients (entrepreneurs, SMEs, foreign investors) on the best UAE business setup options
• Advise on mainland, free zone (IFZA, Meydan, DMCC, SHAMS, RAKEZ, etc.) and offshore structures
• Manage the full sales cycle from inbound lead to closed deal
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and licensing breakdowns
• Coordinate with PRO and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Build and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on UAE licensing regulations, free zone offers, and corporate tax/VAT changes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in UAE business setup / company formation
• Strong knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone structures, activities, and licensing
• Proven sales track record (please mention closed deals or revenue achieved)
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Fluent English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian is a strong plus)
• UAE driving licence is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable
