Job Title: Business Consultant- Accounting and Bookkeeping (CMA)

Location: Al Barsha, Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail oriented and motivated CMA qualified professional to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting, with the ability to support business decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
•  Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
•  Assist in financial planning and cost management activities
•  Support month-end and year-end closing processes
•  Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
•  Perform financial modelling and investment analysis (NPV, IRR, ROI)
•  Assist in VAT and corporate tax-related tasks (UAE)
•  Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:

•  CMA (USA) qualified or pursuing
•  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
•  0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong academic projects can apply)
•  Strong knowledge of financial reporting and corporate finance
•  Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
•  Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus
•  Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Strong attention to detail and communication skills
•  Must be currently based in the UAE on a spouse visa

Preferred Skills:

•  Understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
•  Exposure to financial modelling and budgeting
•  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
