Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Consultant – Business Setup & Company Formation with proven UAE experience in Mainland and Free Zone company formation.

This role is not suitable for general sales profiles without direct Business Setup exposure.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1–3 years with one established Business Setup / Corporate Services company (preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Mainland (DED) company formation
• Free Zone company setup
• Investor & employment visas
• Bank account opening coordination
• Strong understanding of UAE compliance and regulatory framework

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Business Setup & Corporate Services
• Achieve individual sales targets
• Build and optimise structured sales pipelines
• Improve lead conversion and deal closure ratios
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and PRO teams
• Maintain relationships with Free Zones, DED, and banking partners
• Prepare MIS, forecasts, and performance dashboards
