This pivotal role involves guiding clients through the entire process of establishing or optimizing their business in the UAE, from initial inquiry to successful operation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales or consulting environment and strong knowledge of local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the client base.
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Sales & Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, lead negotiations, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Documentation & Compliance: Guide clients through the necessary documentation, government approvals, and compliance requirements, staying up-to-date on all UAE business laws and regulatory changes.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders (e.g., PRO and operations teams) to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system and prepare regular reports for management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales or consulting experience, specifically within the UAE business setup, corporate services, banking, or real estate sectors.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Languages: Mandatory fluency in English. The ability to speak Hindi or Arabic is a significant advantage in the local market.
- Knowledge: Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of UAE trade licenses, visas, and company formation procedures.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
