About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role involves guiding clients through the complete process of establishing or optimizing their business in the UAE, from initial consultation to successful setup and operations.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales or business consulting, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
• Develop relationships with potential investors and entrepreneurs

Client Consultation

• Understand client business requirements
• Recommend suitable business structures such as Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore
• Provide accurate information regarding licenses, visas, banking, and compliance

Sales & Negotiation

• Handle the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
• Conduct meetings and presentations with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Documentation & Compliance

• Assist clients with required documentation and approvals
• Coordinate with government authorities and internal teams
• Stay updated with UAE business laws and regulatory changes

Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate effectively with operations and PRO teams

Reporting

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, banking, real estate, or related sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage)
• Strong understanding of UAE trade licenses, visas, and company formation procedures
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
